Can I make a return and if so, how long do I have?
Not happy with your purchase? No problem. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase Feez Lashes offers a 14-day return window from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges outside the 14-day return window.
What items can and can't be returned for a refund?
Any lash items unopened, unused and in its original packaging, as well as, unworn merchandise can be returned for a full refund. Due to hygienic reasons, lash items removed from their original packaging or worn cannot be returned or exchanged, These items include magnetic lashes, strip lashes, seasonal lashes, lash trays, lash brushes, liners and tweezers. However, defective or damaged item(s) will be replaced for the same exact item only unless it is currently out of stock. If the item is out of stock, we will replace with an item of equal or lesser value. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately so we can replace the item(s). Sale items and gift card purchases are final sale.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Yes, you are responsible for any shipping costs related to returns and exchanges. Feez Lashes is only responsible for shipping costs related to the replacement of defective and damaged items. We suggest that you use a trackable mail service so you can track your order and know when we receive it.

How do I start the process for a replacement of a defective or damaged item?
Please contact us at support@feezlashesllc.com, and we'll start the process of getting the replacement item to you. Photos of the defective or damaged item may or may not be requested.
