Appointment Policies

POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
Clients are required to read and agree to the consent form by checking all the boxes. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our policies.
GENERAL:
-No guests, (including children) allowed. We are unable to accommodate them so please plan accordingly.
-Please arrive with clean lashes and remove all makeup prior to appointment. We prefer to work with a clean canvas to ensure better retention.
-Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, you will be doing yourself a disservice as it will run into your appointment time.
FILLS:
-You must have 40% of your lashes for it to be considered a fill.
-We recommend you schedule your fills every 2-3 wks. Should you happen to schedule after 3 weeks, you will be subject to a charge of $150 instead of the regular $99 fill price.
-We do not accept foreign fills. Should you choose to continue with our services, your lashes will be removed and a new full set will be applied.
DEPOSITS:
-No deposits are required, however we do request a card on file in order to secure your reservation.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES:
-Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.
-We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
NO SHOWS:
-Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the service cost.
REFUNDS:
-We do not offer refunds. However, if you are experiencing extreme fallout within 3 days of your original appointment, please let us know immediately and we will gladly replace any lashes free of charge. Anything after the 3 days will be subject to a full fill price.
